George Lancaster

George Lancaster serves as a certified facilitator for the Parent Project, Inc to rebuild, to reconstruct, to rejuvenate, and to restore hope in families’ lives. He has worked in the Car Rental Industries for several years with Thrifty Car Rental and Enterprise Car Rental and has worked his way to become Senior Account Executive and was awarded the Number One Employee around the world by Thrifty Car Rental.

George is serving as a Law Enforcement De-Escalation Coordinator, Law Enforcement Bias facilitator, Law Enforcement Resilient of the Mind facilitator and a Law Enforcement Master Chaplain for the Canton Police Department. He is also affiliated with Chief Turowski and the Louisville Police Department, along with Sheriff Meir and the Stark County Sheriff Department.

George has worked as a Probation Officer with the Stark County Family Courts and have twenty-five years’ experience in the educational field in various positions with the Canton City Schools. He is currently serving as the School Community Worker at STEAMM Academy @Hartford.

​

He also served as the Youth Pastor for several years with Sherrick Rd. Church of God and is currently the Founder and Lead Pastor of the Zion’s Temple Church of God located in Canton, Ohio. He is also the Co-Founder and the Vice President of the Tyler Scott Lancaster Foundation to educate and create awareness to fight against the disease of diabetes and is currently working with local health care providers to launch the first ever TSL Diabetic Wellness Center.

George has earned his bachelor’s degree from Malone University in Organizational Management and Theology from the Center of Theological Studies along with a host of professional certifications. George has been married to Veronica for 24 years and has one son who is 23 years old by the name of Caleb, and one daughter who is 21 years old by the name of Geordan. George and Veronica also have taken on a kinship role over their two little nephews Jace who is 9 years old and Kayden who is 7 years old.
